Spain Visa

Passport:-

• Valid passport + Old Passport if any ( Min 06 Months Validity from the date of return travel)
• The validity of Passport should be of 10 Years.

Photograph:-

• 04 photographs (Please provide a recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself. The photographs should be in colour): -
• Matt finish with 80% face coverage
• 45 mm x 35 mm in size;
• Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background;
• Clear and of good quality;
• Printed on normal photographic paper;
• Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

Financial Documents:-

• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement (Personal)
• Salary Slips of last 04 – 06 Months
• In case of Govt Employee NOC from Office & In case of Pvt Employee: NOC or Lave Application on Company letter Head or Stamp
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates.
• Last 06 months bank statement of saving account (with bank stamp)
• Pan card copy
