FlyBindas &ndash International Holiday Package Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all international holiday packages booked with FlyBindas ("the Company"). By confirming a booking, the customer ("the Client") agrees to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A minimum advance payment is mandatory to confirm any international package.
Full and final payment must be completed before visa processing and ticket issuance.
Prices may change due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, airline fares, hotel tariffs, fuel charges, government taxes, or local taxes.
2. Passport, Visa & Immigration
Client must possess a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Visa processing is subject to embassy/consulate rules and approvals.
FlyBindas does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa fees, ation, and embassy charges are non-refundable once applied.
The company is not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or immigration denial.
3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions (as per selected package only):
International flights (if included)
Accommodation
Airport transfers
Sightseeing tours (if mentioned)
Meals (as specified)
Exclusions:
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Personal expenses (shopping, minibar, laundry, tips, phone calls, etc.)
Entry fees, guide charges unless specified
Medical expenses
PCR tests, health certificates, or vaccination requirements
Anything not clearly mentioned in inclusions
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation before travel:
45 days or more before travel: 10% cancellation charges
30&ndash44 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
15&ndash29 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
0&ndash14 days before travel or no-show: 100% cancellation charges
(Actual cancellation charges may vary as per airline, hotel, and supplier policies.)
5. Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, names, flights, hotels, or itinerary may attract extra charges.
Changes are subject to availability.
The company reserves the right to modify itinerary or services due to operational or safety reasons.
6. Travel Insurance
International travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.
The company is not liable for any loss, illness, accident, or medical emergency during travel.
7. Liability Disclaimer
FlyBindas acts only as a facilitator/booking agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, and local service providers.
The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, war, strikes, pandemics, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
No refund shall be provided for unused services.
8. Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control including but not limited to:
Natural calamities
Government regulations
Border closures
Airline shutdowns
Epidemics/pandemics
9. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14&ndash21 working days.
Bank charges, service charges, visa charges, and non-refundable components are not refundable.
10. Behavior & Conduct
Clients must follow local laws and regulations of the destination country.
FlyBindas reserves the right to cancel services without refund in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or inappropriate behavior.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
